Delivery Info For The Sensory Centre

The Sensory Centre delivery process is very simple – You pay the shipping on the first item, we cover the rest even on large orders! These are dispatched twice daily on week days, Once daily on weekends. During busy periods we may look to add a third drop!

Delivery of your Sensory toys:

Products that are in stock and ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Handmade or custom products alongside large orders will take 2-3 working days to be dispatched but this will be advised at the time of ordering!

 You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your customer account via our website. A Customer Account will need to be created before placing an order, to use the order tracking service. 

Returns of your Order:

We expect you will be completely happy with your purchase, If not get in touch and let us know! We follow the UK law on returns to make things simple! Obviously the only exceptions being for hygiene reasons which we’ll detail below! To receive a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all original documentation.

Putty, Sand or other similar products: due to hygiene reasons these products are not eligible for returns unless there is a fault with the product.

Anything designed to be chewed, or used in an area of hygiene concern – cannot be refunded where the packaging has been opened.

Refunds for goods which are returned used, in an unsaleable condition or after 30 days will be declined.

Shortages & Non receipt:
Shortages and breakages must be reported to The Sensory Centre within 3 days of receiving your order.  Non receipt of an order must be reported to us within 7 days of notification of dispatch.
